YAHWEH's Blessing For The Ruler or Pastor of the community

Here I see a direct comparison of how Yahweh has Blessed Pastor Roberts with this blessing. He has a spirit of a tenacious warrior when it comes to spiritual battle and I see this quality in him. This is from the Dead Sea Community Scrolls.

Formula of blessing to be used by those of understanding in blessing the Ruler of the community - that is, the man whom Yahweh hath chosen to represent HIS power and through whom HE renews the covenant contracted with the community, to the end that HE may maintain the sovereignty of HIS people for ever, and whom HE has appointed to judge the needy in righteousness and to reprove in equity the meek of the earth, (Isa 11:4) and to walk blamelessly in all the ways of HIS truth, and to confirm HIS kodesh covenant when distress befalls them that seek HIM:

YAHWEH lift you up unto the summit of the world, like a strong tower on a lofty wall. (Isa 30:13)

Mayest you smite nations with the vehemence of your mouth. With your rod mayest you dry up the fountainheads of the earth, and with the breath of your lips mayest you slay the wicked. (Isa 11:4)

YAHWEH Bless you with a spirit of sound counsel and with perpetual strength and with a spirit of knowledge and with the fear of Yahweh. (Isa 11:2)
May righteousness be the girding of your loins and faithfulness that of your thighs. (Isa 11:5)

May Yahweh make your horns of iron and your hoofs of brass; (Isa 11:13) and mayest you gore the [iniquitous] like a steer [and trample nations] like mire in the streets. (Mic 7:10; Zech 9:3: 10:5; Ps 18:43)

For Yahweh hath appointed you to be the scourge of rulers. (Isa 14:5) They shall [come] before you [and make obeisance unto you, and all peoples] shall serve you. By HIS kodesh Name may HE give you power that you be as a lion which raveneth and as a wolf which smiteth the prey, with none to retrieve it. And may your light-armed chargers ride abroad over all the broad places of the earth.
