Content Of Pesach Seder Message By Pastor Roberts

The Beginning Of The Year Revealed By YAHWEH, The Passover Instituted

SHEMOTH - EXODUS 12:1-51

1 And YAHWEH spoke to Mosheh and Aaron in the land of Mitzrayim, saying,
2 This month shall be to you the beginning of months (Abib): it shall be the first month of the year to you.
3 Speak you to all the congregation of Yisrael, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their ahvot, a lamb for an house:
4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbor next to his bayit take it according to the number of the beings; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.
5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: you shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:
6 And you shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Yisrael shall kill it in the evening.

Note:  A fascinating mystery is unveiled here in the Hebrew with the usage of the term kahal adat Yisrael, or literally the "congregation of the witness," or "witnesses of Yisrael." This literal meaning shows that the nation was called to be YAHWEH's true and eternal witness in the earth, for all His marvels, and wonders among men. No other nation as a whole has been assigned with that task. The gospel itself must therefore be both a call to personal yeshua and national restoration, so the witness of YAHWEH through individuals and the nation as a whole can go forth.

7 And they shall take of the dahm, and strike it on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the batiym, wherein they shall eat it.
8 And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.
9 Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roast with fire; his head with his legs, with the inside parts.
10 And you shall let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remains of it until the morning you shall burn with fire.
11 And this shall you eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste: it is YAHWEH's Pesach.

Note:   Notice that it is not exclusively the Jewish Passover, but YAHWEH's Passover for all His children.

12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of  Mitzrayim, both adam and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I AM YAHWEH.
13 And the dahm shall be to you for a token upon the batiym where you are: and when I see the dahm, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Mitzrayim.

Note:   True yeshua and deliverance has always been by the dahm of the Pesach/Paschal Lamb.

14 And this day shall be to you for a memorial; and you shall keep it a feast to YAHWEH throughout your generations; you shall keep it a moed by an ordinance forever.

No dispensations. Passover is for all times and forever, for all believers.

15 Seven days shall you eat unleavened bread; even the first day you shall put away chametz out of your batiym: for whosoever eats chametz bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Yisrael.
16 And in the first day there shall be a miqra kodesh-kodesh convocation, and in the seventh day there shall be a miqra kodesh to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save that which every man must eat, that only may be done of you.

Note:   Hebrew: miqra kodesh-set-apart gathering.

17 And you shall observe the Chag Matzoth; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the land of Mitzrayim: therefore shall you observe this day in your generations by an ordinance forever.
18 In the first[month, on the fourteenth day of the month at evening, you shall eat matzah, until the one and twentieth day of the month at evening.
19 Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses: for whosoever eats that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Yisrael, whether he be a stranger, or born in the land.
20 You shall eat nothing chametz; in all your dwellings shall you eat matzah.

The People Instructed How To Observe The Pesach

21 Then Mosheh called for all the elders of Yisrael, and said to them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the Pesach.
22 And you shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the dahm that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the dahm that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out at the door of his bayit until the morning.
23 For YAHWEH will pass through to smite the Mitzrim; and when HE sees the dahm upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, YAHWEH will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come into your batiym to smite you.
24 And you shall observe this thing for an mishpat-statute to you and to your sons forever.
25 And it shall come to pass, when you be come to the land which YAHWEH will give you, according as HE has promised, that you shall keep this service.
26 And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say to you, What mean you by this service?
27 That you shall say, It is the sacrifice of YAHWEH's Pesach, who passed over the batiym of the children of Yisrael in Mitzrayim, when HE smote the Mitzrayim, and delivered our batiym. And the people bowed the head and worshipped.
28 And the children of Yisrael went away, and did as YAHWEH had commanded Mosheh and Aaron, so did they.

The Death Of The First-Born Of The Egyptians The Yisraelites Urged To Leave The Land Of Mitzrayim

29 And it came to pass, that at midnight YAHWEH smote all the firstborn in the land of Mitzrayim, from the firstborn of Pharaoh that sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive that was in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.
30 And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all the Mitzrayim; and there was a great cry in Mitzrayim; for there was not a bayit  where there was not one dead.
31 And he called for Mosheh and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among MY people, both you and the children of Yisrael; and go, serve YAHWEH, as you have said.
32 Also take your flocks and your herds, as you have said, and be gone; and bless me also.
33 And the Mitzrim were urgent upon the people, that they might send them out of the land in haste; for they said, We be all dead men.
34 And the people took their dough before it was leavened, their kneading bowls being bound up in their clothes upon their shoulders.
35 And the children of Yisrael did according to the word of Mosheh; and they borrowed of the Mitzrim jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment:
36 And YAHWEH gave the people favor in the sight of the Mitzrim , so that they lent to them such things as they required. And they spoiled the Mitzrim .

The Yisraelites' First Journey To Succoth

37 And the children of Yisrael journeyed from Rameses to Succoth, about six hundred thousand on foot that were valiant warriors, beside children.
38 And a mixed multitude went up also with them; and flocks, and herds, even very much cattle.
* Those who were not biological Yisraelites but became Yisrael.
39 And they baked unleavened cakes of the dough which they brought forth out of Mitzrayim, for it was not chametz; because they were thrust out of Mitzrayim, and could not tarry, neither had they prepared for themselves any food.
40 Now the sojourning of the children of Yisrael, who dwelt in Mitzrayim, was four hundred and thirty years.

* Includes the three generations from Abraham to Jacob.

41 And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the hosts of YAHWEH went out from the land of Mitzrayim.
42 It is a night to be much observed to YAHWEH for bringing them out from the land of Mitzrayim: this is that night of YAHWEH to be observed of all the children of Yisrael in their generations.

Ordinance Respecting The Pesach

43 And YAHWEH said to Mosheh and Aaron, This is the ordinance of the Pesach: There shall no stranger eat thereof:
44 But every man's servant that is bought for money, when you have brit-milah-circumcised him, then shall he eat thereof.
45 A foreigner and an hired servant shall not eat thereof.
46 In one bayit shall it be eaten; you shall not carry forth ought of the flesh abroad out of the bayit ; neither shall you break a bone thereof.

* Pesach is designed to bring both houses all Yisrael to the same table of fellowship, all in the one reunited house, by the blood of the Lamb as seen in verse 47 as well.
* Yahshua's bones as the true Lamb of YAHWEH were never broken

47 All the congregation of Yisrael shall keep it.
48 And when a stranger shall sojourn with you, and will keep the passover to YAHWEH, all his males must perform brit-milah, and then let him come near and keep it; and he shall be as one that is born in the land: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.

* Very plain - no one can eat the Pasch without circumcision and without dwelling by choice with the nation of Yisrael

49 One Torah shall be to him that is all his males must perform native-homeborn, and to the stranger that sojourns among you.
50 This did all the children of Yisrael; as YAHWEH commanded Mosheh and Aaron, so did they.
51 And it came to pass the selfsame day, that YAHWEH did bring the children of Yisrael out of the land of Mitzrayim by their armies.

The First-Born Sanctified To YAHWEH, The Remembrance Of The Pasach Commanded

SHEMOTH - EXODUS 13:1-22

1 And YAHWEH spoke to Mosheh, saying,
2 Set-Apart to ME all the firstborn, whatsoever opens the womb among the children of Yisrael, both of adam and of beast: it is MINE.
3 And Mosheh said to the people, Remember this day, in which you came out from Mitzrayim, out of the bayit of bondage; for by strength of the hand YAHWEH brought you out from this place: there shall no chametz bread be eaten.
4 This day came you out in the month Abib.
5 And it shall be when YAHWEH shall bring you into the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, which he swore to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, that you shall keep this service in this month.
SHEMOTH 13:6 Seven days you shall eat matzah, and in the seventh day shall be a moed to YAHWEH.
7 Matzah shall be eaten seven days; and there shall no lechem with chametz be seen with you, neither shall there be chametz seen with you in all your borders.
8 And you shall declare to your son in that day, saying, This is done because of that which YAHWEH did to me when I came forth out of Mitzrayim.
9 And it shall be for a sign to you upon your hand, and for a memorial between your eyes, that YAHWEH's torah may be in your mouth: for with a strong hand has YAHWEH brought you out of Mitzrayim.
10 You shall therefore keep this ordinance in his season from year to year.

The Firstlings Of Beasts Set Apart

11 And it shall be when YAHWEH shall bring you into the land of the Canaanites, as HE swore to you and to your ahvot, and shall give it you,
12 That you shall set apart to YAHWEH all that opens the matrix, and every firstling that comes of a beast which you have; the males shall be YAHWEH's.
13 And every firstling of an ass you shall redeem with a lamb; and if you will not redeem it, then you shall break his neck: and all the firstborn of adam among your children shall you redeem.
14 And it shall be when your son asks you in time to come, saying, What is this? that you shall say to him, By strength of HIS hand YAHWEH brought us out from Mitzrayim, from the bayit of bondage:
15 And it came to pass, when Pharaoh would hardly let us go, that YAHWEH slew all the firstborn in the land of Mitzrayim, both the firstborn of adam, and the firstborn of beast: therefore I sacrifice to YAHWEH all that opens the matrix, being males; but all the firstborn of my children I redeem.
16 And it shall be for a token upon your hand, and for frontlets between your eyes: for by strength of HIS hand YAHWEH brought us forth out of Mitzrayim.

Yoseph's Bones Carried With The Yisraelites, They Come To Etham

17 And it came to pass, when Pharaoh had let the people go, that YAHWEH led them not through the way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near; for YAHWEH said, Lest peradventure the people repent when they see war, and they return to Mitzrayim:
18 But YAHWEH led the people about, through the way of the wilderness of the Red sea: and the children of Yisrael went up harnessed out of the land of Mitzrayim.

* With victory.

19 And Mosheh took the bones of Yoseph with him: for he had straightly sworn the children of Yisrael, saying, YAHWEH will surely visit you; and you shall carry up my bones away hence with you.
20 And they took their journey from Succoth, and encamped in Etham, in the edge of the wilderness.

YAHWEH Guides The Yisraelites By A Pillar Of Cloud Fire

21 And YAHWEH went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night:
22 HE took not away the pillar of the cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people.

YAHWEH Directs The Yisraelites To Pihahiroth, Pharaoh Pursues After Them

SHEMOTH - EXODUS 14:1-31

1 And YAHWEH spoke to Mosheh, saying,
2 Speak to the children of Yisrael, that they turn and encamp before Pihahiroth, between Migdol and the sea, over against Baalzephon: before it shall you encamp by the sea.
3 For Pharaoh will say of the children of Yisrael, They are entangled in the land, the wilderness has shut them in.
4 And I will harden Pharaoh's lev, that he shall follow after them; and I will be honored upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Mitzrim may know that I AM YAHWEH. And they did so.
5 And it was told the king of Mitzrayim that the people fled: and the lev of Pharaoh and of his servants was turned against the people, and they said, Why have we done this, that we have let Yisrael go from serving us?
6 And he made ready his chariot, and took his people with him:
7 And he took six hundred chosen chariots, and all the chariots of Mitzrayim, and captains over every one of them.
8 And YAHWEH hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Mitzrayim, and he pursued after the children of Yisrael: and the children of Yisrael went out with an high hand.
9 But the Mitzrayim pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.

The Yisraelites Murmur, Mosheh Comforts Them

10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Yisrael lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Mitzrayim marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Yisrael cried out to YAHWEH.
11 And they said to Mosheh, Because there were no graves in Mitzrayim, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore have you dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Mitzrayim?
12 Is not this the word that we did tell you in Mitzrayim, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Mitzrayim? For it had been better for us to serve the Mitzrayim, than that we should die in the wilderness.
13 And Mosheh said to the people, Fear you not, stand still, and see the yeshua of YAHWEH, which he will show to you to day: for the Mitzrayim whom you have seen to day, you shall see them again no more forever.
14 YAHWEH shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.

* YAHWEH shall fight for you, and you shall stay still
* A promise to all Yisraelites in His covenant

YAHWEH Instructs Mosheh, The Cloud Between The Yisraelites And The Mitzrayim

15 And YAHWEH said to Mosheh, Wherefore cry you to me? speak to the children of Yisrael, that they go forward:
16 But lift you up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Yisrael shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.
17 And I, behold, I will harden the levim of the Mitzrim, and they shall follow them: and I will get me honor upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
18 And the Mitzrim shall know that I AM YAHWEH, when I have gotten MYSELF honor upon Pharaoh, upon his chariots, and upon his horsemen.
19 And the malak of YAHWEH, which went before the camp of Yisrael, removed and went behind them; and the pillar of the cloud went from before their face, and stood behind them:
20 And it came between the camp of the Mitzrim and the camp of Yisrael; and it was a cloud and darkness to them, but it gave light by night to these: so that the one came not near the other all the night.

The Yisraelites Pass Through The Red Sea, Which Drowns The Mitzrim

21 And Mosheh stretched out his hand over the sea; and YAHWEH caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
22 And the children of Yisrael went into the midst of the sea upon the dry ground: and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand, and on their left.
SHEMOTH 14:23 And the Mitzrim pursued, and went in after them to the midst of the sea, even all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots, and his horsemen.
SHEMOTH 14:24 And it came to pass, that in the morning watch YAHWEH looked to the host of the Mitzrim through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Mitzrim ,
25 And took off their chariot wheels, that they drove them heavily: so that the Mitzrim said, Let us flee from the face of Yisrael; for YAHWEH fights for them against the Mitzrim .
26 And YAHWEH said to Mosheh, Stretch out your hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Mitzrim , upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.
27 And Mosheh stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Mitzrim fled against it; and YAHWEH overthrew the Mitzrim in the midst of the sea.
28 And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.
29 But the children of Yisrael walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall to them on their right hand, and on their left.
30 This YAHWEH saved Yisrael that day out of the hand of the Mitzrim ; and Yisrael saw the Mitzrim dead upon the sea shore.
31 And Yisrael saw that great work which YAHWEH did upon the Mitzrim : and the people feared YAHWEH, and believed YAHWEH, and HIS servant Mosheh.

The Song Of Mosheh For The Deliverance Of Yisrael

SHEMOTH - EXODUS 13:1

1 Then sang Mosheh and the children of Yisrael this song to YAHWEH, and spoke, saying, I will sing to YAHWEH, for he has triumphed wonderfully: the horse and his rider has he thrown into the sea.

YAHWEH Appears To Abraham

BERESHITH - GENESIS 18:1-5

1 ¶ And YAHWEH appeared to him in the plains of Mamre: and he sat in the tent door in the heat of the day;
2 And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,
3 And said, My Sovereign YAHWEH, if now I have found unmerited favor in YOUR sight, pass not away, I pray YOU, from YOUR servant:
4 Let a little water, I pray YOU, be fetched, and wash YOUR feet, and rest yourselves under the tree:
5 And I will fetch a morsel of bread, and comfort YOU YOUR hearts; after that YOU shall pass on: for therefore are YOU come to YOUR servant. And they said, So do, as you have said.

YAHSHUA Anointed In The House Of The Pharisee, The Parable Of The Two Debtors

LUKAS - LUKE 7:35-50

35 But wisdom is justified of all her children.
36 ¶ And one of the Pharisees desired Him that He would eat with him. And He went into the Pharisee's house, and sat down to meat.
37 And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that YAHSHUA sat at meat in the Pharisee's house, brought an alabaster box of ointment,
38 And stood at His feet behind Him weeping, and began to wash His feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed His feet, and anointed them with the ointment.
39 Now when the Pharisee which had bidden Him saw it, he spoke within himself, saying, This man, if He were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that touches Him: for she is a sinner.
40 And YAHSHUA answering said to him, Simon, I have somewhat to say to you. And he saith, Master, say on.
41 There was a certain creditor which had two debtors: the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty.
42 And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both. Tell me therefore, which of them will love him most?
43 Simon answered and said, I suppose that he, to whom he forgave most. And He said to him, you have rightly judged.
44 And He turned to the woman, and said to Simon, See you this woman? I entered into your house, you gave Me no water for My feet: but she has washed My feet with tears, and wiped them with the hairs of her head.
45 You gave Me no kiss: but this woman since the time I came in has not ceased to kiss My feet.
46 My head with oil you did not anoint: but this woman has anointed My feet with ointment.
47 Wherefore I say to you, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little.
48 And He said to her, Your sins are forgiven.
49 And they that sat at meat with Him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgives sins also?
50 And He said to the woman, Your faith has saved you; go in shalom.

YAHSHUA Comforts His Disciples Before Passover

YOCHANAN - JOHN 13:1-17

1 ¶ Now before the feast of the passover, when YAHSHUA knew that His hour was come that He should depart out of this world to the ABBA, having loved His own which were in the world, He loved them to the end.
2 And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Yahudah Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray Him;
3 YAHSHUA knowing that the ABBA had given all things into His hands, and that He was come from YAHWEH, and went to YAHWEH;
4 He rises from supper, and laid aside His garments; and took a towel, and girded Himself.
5 After that He pours water into a basin, and began to wash the disciples' feet, and to wipe them with the towel wherewith He was girded.
6 Then comes He to Simon Kepha: and Kepha says to Him, YAHSHUA, do You wash my feet?
7 YAHSHUA answered and said to him, What I do you know not now; but you shall know hereafter.
8 Kepha says to Him, You shall never wash my feet. YAHSHUA answered him, If I wash you not, you have no part with Me.
9 Simon Kepha says to Him, YAHSHUA, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head.
10 YAHSHUA saith to him, He that is washed needs not save to wash his feet, but is clean every whit: and you are clean, but not all.
11 For He knew who should betray Him; therefore said He, You are not all clean.

YAHSHUA Further Comforts His Disciples Preparing Them

12 So after He had washed their feet, and had taken His garments, and was set down again, He said to them, Know you what I have done to you?
13 You call Me Master and Sovereign: and you say well; for so I am.
14 If I then, your Sovereign and Master, have washed your feet; you also ought to wash one another's feet.
15 For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.
16 Truly, Truly, I say to you, The servant is not greater than His MASTER; neither He that is sent greater than HE that sent Him.
17 If you know these things, happy are you if you do them.
