TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147

The People Of YAHWEH Are Exhorted To Praise HIM For HIS Mercies And Care

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:1

  1     ^¶  HalleluYAH: for it is good to sing praises to our ABBA; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:2

  2    YAHWEH does build up Yerusalem: HE gathers together the outcasts of Yisrael.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:3

  3    HE heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:4

  4    HE tells the number of the stars; HE calls them all by their names.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:5

  5    Great is our Sovereign, and of great power: HIS understanding is infinite.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:6

  6    YAHWEH lifts up the meek: HE casts the wicked down to the ground.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:7

  7    Answer to YAHWEH with thanksgiving; sing praise upon the harp to our ABBA:

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:8

  8    Who covers the heaven with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who makes grass to grow upon the mountains.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:9

  9    HE gives to the beast his food, and to the young ravens which cry.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:10

  10    HE delights not in the strength of the horse: HE takes not pleasure in the legs of a man.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:11

  11    YAHWEH takes pleasure in them that fear HIM, in those that hope in HIS mercy.

For The Yeshua And Prosperity Of The Assembly

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:12

  12     ^¶  With a loud voice praise YAHWEH, O Yerusalem; HalleluYah your ABBA, O Zion.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:13

  13    For HE has strengthened the bars of your gates; HE has blessed your children within you.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:14

  14    HE makes shalom in your borders, and fills you with the finest of the wheat.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:15

  15    HE sends forth HIS commandment upon earth: HIS Word runs very swiftly.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:16

  16    HE gives snow like wool: HE scatters the hoarfrost like ashes.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:17

  17    HE casts forth HIS ice like morsels: who can stand before HIS cold?

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:18

  18    HE sends out HIS Word, and melts them: HE causes HIS wind to blow, and the waters flow.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:19

  19    HE shows HIS Word to Yacob, HIS statutes and HIS judgments to Yisrael.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 147:20

  20    HE has not dealt so with any nation: and as for HIS judgments, they have not known them. HalleluYAH.
