Honor To Be Ascribed To YAHWEH

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:1

1 ^¶ Not to us, O YAHWEH, not to us, but to YOUR NAME give great honor, for YOUR mercy, and for YOUR Truth's sake.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:2

2 Wherefore should the heathen say, Where is now their Sovereign Ruler?

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:3

3 But YAHWEH our ABBA is in the heavens: HE has done whatsoever HE has pleased.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:4

4 Their idols are silver and gold, the work of the sons of adam hands.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:5

5 They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:6

6 They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:7

7 They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:8

8 They that make them are like to them; so is every one that trusts in them.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:9

9 ^¶ O Yisrael, trust you in YAHWEH: HE is their help and their shield.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:10

10 O house of Aaron, trust in YAHWEH: HE is their help and their shield.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:11

11 You that fear YAHWEH, trust in YAHWEH: HE is their help and their shield.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:12

12 YAHWEH has been mindful of us: HE will bless us; HE will bless the house of Yisrael; HE will bless the house of Aaron.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:13

13 HE will bless them that fear YAHWEH, both small and great.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:14

14 YAHWEH shall increase you more and more, you and your children.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:15

15 You are blessed of YAHWEH which made heaven and earth.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:16

16 The heaven, even the heavens, are YAHWEH's: but the earth has HE given to the children of adams.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:17

17 The dead Hallelu not YAHH, neither any that go down into silence.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 115:18

18 But we will bless YAHH from this time forth and forevermore. HalleluYAH.
