TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97

YAHSHUA Reigns In Power That Cannot Be Resisted

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:1

  1     ^¶  YAHWEH reigns; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:2

  2    Clouds and darkness are round about HIM: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of HIS throne.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:3

  3    A fire goes before HIM, and burns up HIS enemies round about.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:4

  4    HIS lightnings enlightened the world: the earth saw, and trembled.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:5

  5    The hills melted like wax at the presence of our Sovereign, at the presence of YAHWEH of the whole earth.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:6

  6    The heavens declare HIS righteousness, and all the people see HIS splendor.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:7

  7    Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: worship HIM, all you gods.

YAHWEH's Care Of His People, And His Provision For Them

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:8

  8     ^¶  Zion heard, and was glad; and the daughters of Yahudah rejoiced because of YOUR judgments, O YAHWEH.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:9

  9    For YOU, YAHWEH, are high above all the earth: YOU are exalted far above all gods.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:10

  10    You that love YAHWEH, hate evil: HE preserves the souls of HIS chaciyd saints; HE deliveres them out of the hand of the wicked.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:11

  11    Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 97:12

  12    Rejoice in YAHWEH, you righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of HIS kodeshness.
