Prayers For The Continuance Of Former Mercies

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:1

  1     ^¶  To the chief Musician, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. YAHWEH, YOU have been favorable to YOUR land: YOU have brought back the captivity of Yacob.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:2

  2    YOU have forgiven the iniquity of YOUR people, YOU have covered all their sin. Selah.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:3

  3    YOU have taken away all YOUR wrath: YOU have turned YOURSELF from the fierceness of YOUR anger.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:4

  4    Turn us, O YAHWEH of our yeshua, and cause YOUR anger toward us to cease.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:5

  5    Will YOU be angry with us forever? will YOU draw out YOUR anger to all generations?

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:6

  6    Will YOU not revive us again: that YOUR people may rejoice in YOU?

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:7

  7    Show us YOUR mercy, O YAHWEH, and grant us YOUR yeshua.

Trust In YAHWEH's Goodness

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:8

  8     ^¶  I will hear what Sovereign YAHWEH will speak: for HE will speak shalom to HIS people, and to HIS chaciyd saints: but let them not turn again to folly.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:9

  9    Surely HIS yeshua is nigh them that fear HIM; that splendor may dwell in our land.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:10

  10    Mercy and Truth are met together; righteousness and shalom have kissed each other.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:11

  11    Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:12

  12    Yes, YAHWEH shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 85:13

  13    Righteousness shall go before HIM; and shall set us in the way of HIS steps.
