The Psalmist Expresses His Affection To The Ordinances Of YAHWEH

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:1

1     ¶  To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm for the sons of Korah. How amiable are YOUR tabernacles, O YAHWEH of hosts!

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:2

2    My soul longs, yes, even faints for the courts of YAHWEH: my heart and my flesh cries out for the living YAHWEH.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:3

3    Yes, the sparrow has found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even YOUR altars, O YAHWEH of hosts, my King, and my Sovereign Ruler.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:4

4    Blessed are they that dwell in YOUR house: they will be still HalleluYah YOU. Selah.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:5

5    Blessed is the son of adam whose strength is in YOU; in whose heart are the ways of them.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:6

6    Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also fills the pools.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:7

7    They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appears before YAHWEH.

His Desire Towards The Ordinances Of YAHWEH

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:8

8     ¶  O YAHWEH the Sovereign Ruler of hosts, hear my prayer: give ear, O YAHWEH of Yacob. Selah.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:9

9    Behold, O YAHWEH our shield, and look upon the face of YOUR Messiah.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:10

10    For a day in YOUR courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my YAHWEH, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:11

11    For YAHWEH the Sovereign Ruler is a sun and shield: YAHWEH will give favor and honor: no good thing will HE withhold from them that walk uprightly.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 84:12

12    O YAHWEH of hosts, blessed is the son of adam that trusts in YOU.
