TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32

The Happiness Of A Pardoned Sinner

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:1

1     ¶  A Psalm of David, Maschil. Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:2

2    Blessed is the adam-man to whom YAHWEH imputes not iniquity, and in whose ruach there is no guile.

The Misery That Went Before, And The Comfort That Followed The Confession Of Sins

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:3

3    When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:4

4    For day and night YOUR hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:5

5    I acknowledged my sin to YOU, and my iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions to YAHWEH; and YOU that forgive the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:6

6    For this shall every one that is chaciyd pray to YOU in a time when YOU may be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh to him.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:7

7     ¶  YOU are my hiding place; YOU shall preserve me from trouble; YOU shall compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

Sinners Instructed, Believers Encouraged

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:8

8    I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will guide you with my eye.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:9

9    Be you not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near to you.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:10

10    Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusts in YAHWEH, mercy shall compass him about.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 32:11

11    Be glad in YAHWEH, and rejoice, you righteous: and shout for joy, all you that are upright in heart.
