YAHWEH Is To Be Exalted, For Making Known HIMSELF To Us

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 8:1

  1     ^¶  To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of David. O YAHWEH our ABBA, how excellent is YOUR NAME in all the earth! who have set YOUR grandeur above the heavens.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 8:2

  2    Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings have YOU ordained strength because of YOUR enemies, that YOU might still the enemy and the avenger.

And For Making Even The Heavenly Bodies Useful To Man, Thereby Placing Him But Little Lower Than The Malakim

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 8:3

  3     ^¶  When I consider YOUR heavens, the work of YOUR fingers, the moon and the stars, which YOU have ordained;

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 8:4

  4    What is man, that YOU are mindful of him? and the sons of adam, that YOU visit him?

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 8:5

  5    For YOU have made him a little lower than the Almighty, and has crowned him with splendor and magnificence.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 8:6

  6    YOU made him to have dominion over the works of YOUR hands; YOU have put all things under his feet:

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 8:7

  7    All sheep and cattle, yes, and the beasts of the field;

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 8:8

  8    The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passes through the paths of the seas.

TEHILLIM - PSALMS 8:9

  9    O YAHWEH our Sovereign Ruler, how excellent is YOUR NAME in all the earth!
