YAHWEH's Comfort To Tzion

YESHAYAH - ISAIAH 51:3 For YAHWEH shall comfort {naw-kham'} Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of YAHWEH;
joy {saw-sone'} and gladness {sim-khaw'} shall be found therein, {to-daw'},
and the voice of melody {zim-raw'} music, song.

The Blessings Under MessiYah, And The Wrath On The Wicked

YERMEYAH - JEREMIAH 30:18 This says  YAHWEH; Behold, I will turn back the exile of Yaakov's tents, and have mercy on his dwelling places; and the city shall be built upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain in its right place
YERMEYAH - JEREMIAH 30:19 And out of them shall proceed {yaw-tsaw' lead out} {to-daw'} and the voice of them that make merry {saw-khak'}: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also honor them, and they shall not be small.
